We can send you our merch anywhere in the World.
All items are sent via Hellenic Postal Services (ELTA).
The standard method we use for local orders [Greece only] is parcel service.
The standard method we use for international orders [EU, USA, Rest of World] are priority type A simple service.
In case of a massive and more heavy local order [2+ items] we still send them using ELTA parcel service.
In case of a massive and more heavy EU international order [2+ items] we send them using priority type B.
If the buyer wants a different service e.g. courrier sevice and is willing to pay for these kind of services please contact us.
All parcels are shipped in bubble protected folders.
We always send you tracking number and shipping status details when the order is shipped. Odessa Trickmakers have no responsibility for any loss or damage of goods during delivery. In the unusual case of non receiving the order, when the order is properly sent please contact us! we usually track your parcel and ask you to repay for shipping. In the unlikely event of damaged goods please contact us asap!
